The short version: we only collect what we need to ship your order, answer your questions, and send Fetch Mail if you ask for it. We never sell your data.

What we collect
- Email signups. When you sign up for Fetch Mail, we collect your first name and email address.
- Form submissions. When you fill out a form on our site (for example, to donate balls, partner with us, request a quote, or contact us), we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone, city and state, and any notes or photos you choose to send.
- Order info. When you buy from us, your order is processed through Snipcart, our checkout provider. That includes your name, email, shipping and billing address, and the items you order. Payment card details are handled by Snipcart and its payment processor, not stored by Bark Balls.
How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your orders.
- To reply to your inquiries and follow up on the forms you send us.
- To send Fetch Mail, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
We never sell your data
Bark Balls does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and ship your order, such as our checkout, email, and shipping providers, and only as needed to do that.
